After submitting the suggestion, the ISBN is also not visible in the Staff client suggestions management which is very annoying for the staff managing the suggestions. When making a purchase suggestion in the OPAC directly from an existing record, it also clears the ISBN from the initial form before submitting the purchase suggestion. However, when submitting, no matching is done (as the suggestion was made from an existing record) and the suggestion is immediately placed. In this case the ISBN is visible in the Staff client, even though it was cleared in the OPAC form. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. You can select a standard reason, but if you then select "Others ..." from the dropdown again, the text box is gone and it only shows the "Cancel" button. If you click "Cancel" again, you get the dropdown again, and so on. This behavior does not appear when editing a purchase suggestion after clicking "edit" for a certain suggestion. It would make sense to also have this extra transaction type "Account credit" shown when creating a manual credit. Usually when creating a manual credit you will not pay the patron in cash or do a bank transfer, but rather add it as "account credit" to be used for outstanding fines/fees or future ones.
