This is pointless. If the number or e-mail address was bad to begin with, why are we resending to the same? Many times we can correct issues with numbers or addresses, or we change HOW the patron receives a notice. We should be able to resend the notice based on current info in the patron record. A librarian shared yesterday that it would be helpful to be able to change the sorting for the table so the account summary showed the most recent checkouts first, rather than just an alphabetical listing. It would be nice to add the ability to email a patron invoice. This would be useful in many settings, but especially an academic setting.
