[Bug 36522] New: Patron permissions section
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 25 Jun '24

25 Jun '24

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=36522 Bug ID: 36522 Summary: Patron permissions section Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Documentation Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: caroline.cyr-la-rose(a)inlibro.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org I was trying to find something in the patron permissions section https://koha-community.org/manual/latest/en/html/patrons.html#patron-permis… and I don't think it looks very good. Sometimes the bullet points are very close together, making it hard to read (imo). Would remaking it with headings like the system preferences be better? It would also have the advantage of being able to point directly to one permission from elsewhere in the manual. Or does anyone has a better idea? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. You are the assignee for the bug.

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=36927 Bug ID: 36927 Summary: ERM eUsage reports : Display by year does not work Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: 23.11 Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P5 - low Component: ERM Assignee: jonathan.druart(a)gmail.com Reporter: michaela.sieber(a)kit.edu CC: jonathan.druart(a)gmail.com, jonathan.field(a)ptfs-europe.com, martin.renvoize(a)ptfs-europe.com, matt.blenkinsop(a)ptfs-europe.com, pedro.amorim(a)ptfs-europe.com This Bug exists in Koha Versions 23.11.05 and prior ! In the ERM module eUsage > Reports > Saved reports exists a ‘Display by year’ toggle at the top. If there is more than one year, you could use this to update the table with data from previous years. Unfortunately this feature does not work, it displays always the same results. to reproduce: 1.) harvest some usage data from a data provider with start date last year and end date this year 2.) save three different reports for this data provider 2a.) report for last year (by month with period total) 2b.) report for this year (by month with period total) 2c.) report for both years (by month with period total) 3.) Check now in the reports you created in 2a.) and 2b.) that the monthly usage data for last year differ from usage data this year 4.) Go to the report you created in 2c.) and try to switch between the years by using the drop down and click on the button 'Update table' 5.) recognize that you see "Processing..." very short, but nothing happens This Bug does not exist in the current main version -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 7464] Add ability to automatically add ISBD punctuation
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 25 Jun '24

25 Jun '24

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=7464 Alexander Wagner <alexander.wagner(a)desy.de> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |alexander.wagner(a)desy.de --- Comment #2 from Alexander Wagner <alexander.wagner(a)desy.de> --- I think if one can add the punctuations automatically, the idea would be more to keep the records _clear_ of it and add it only when rendering the display in OPAC or the like. Having these chars around usually only causes headache e.g. in exports to structured formats, transformation etc. BTW: AFAIK the German union catalogue GVK / K10plus proceeds this way. No chars in the record, add them once needed. (Though they start out from PICA+ internally.) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

We should be able to significantly reduce this by simply reducing the parameter name from 'biblionumber' to 'bib' or 'b'.. or we could work on an alternative submission mechanism. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
