But the Type column is empty for any credit or debit type that's defined locally. All of the system-defined credit and debit types have this value hardcoded in the accounts.inc file, rather than actually fetching the value from the database. This wording is misleading, as the function does not remove any items from the database. Instead, it clears the selected value(s) in the drop-down menu. The affected text string comes from the messages-js.po file and is used by Select2 (koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/js/select2.js:26). The fields where this text is used are all drop-down menus that are not directly related to items, so the wording "items" is confusing in this context. The itemnumber column can be renamed, using the syntax [[itemnumber|Exemplarnummer]], which gives us the option to translate the column name into something nicer for display. But: if you then send to batch item edit, the items are not transmitted. To test: 1) Create a report: select itemnumber, itemcallnumber from items; 2) Send some items to batch item edit, verify the items are shown above the item form 3) Update the report: select [[itemnumber|Exemplarnummer]], itemcallnumber from items; 4) Verify the report still shows as before with the batch options available and only the column being renamed. 5) Send some items to the batch item edit again, verify the items are NOT shown abvoe the item form => nothing would be batch edited. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. But it would be nice if there was an easy way to see that an account is also a self-check user with either self_checkout_module or self_checkin_module since those users have only those permissions and not catalogue. However there are many other pages that have the patron search box available where you can't search with the extended patron attributes. I think patron attribute search should be available always when patron search is available. It would be more consistent with the description of the preference. "Check to make this attribute searchable in staff patron searches. These options should be update to reflect the new option to refund the previous lost item fee. Currently, if the preference is set to "ask if a lost fee should be charged", the modal shows two checkboxes: "Charge a lost fee" and "Refund previous lost fee". If the preference is set to charge or don't charge, the checkbox for "Charge a lost fee" is (correctly) not displayed, but the checkbox for "Refund previous lost fee" is also not displayed. It's a bit odd to show either both checkboxes or neither. It would also be nice to have the same options for refunding the lost fee that we currently have for charging a lost fee (refund, don't refund, or ask). We should add more options to ClaimReturnedChargeFee, or add a ClaimReturnedRefundFee preference. Somewhat relatedly, if we are going to allow the modal to give the user both options to charge or refund (or neither), we should use radio buttons or a drop-down in that case, rather than checkboxes, since it does not make sense to check both at once.
