There is another error when switching the records per page to any other value than 20. This is from the developer tools: DataTables warning: table id=ill-requests - Ajax error. To get there: 1. Edit a patron record to add a Main contact method 2. Place a hold for this patron 3. Check the item in --> Pop up says "Main contact method:" followed by the choice. The choice is what is not translatable. In the code the textarea is populated with html() function, which usually used to get/set html elements. Select "From a staged file" 9. Select the staged file 10. Click "Select all" to check all records. 11. In the item information tab, choose the "Document type." 12.
