If you have many data providers configured this requires a lot of clicking. It would be great if there was a feature to test them all with some kind of summary report. Data provider connections need to be tested regularly as some require new tokens to be issued regularly or have other limitations that can change. Test Plan: 1) Enable ERMModule system preference 2) Add an agreement record 3) Add two license records with the status "controlling" 4) Edit the agreement record and associate both license records to the agreement 5) Try to link both licenses to the agreeement -> Error For organisations that need to control licenses for mulitple branches with one agreement this is quite limiting. Previously datatables.min.css wasn't included globally in the OPAC because so few tables use DataTables. The styling we need is in _tables.scss. I'm not sure what CSS was missing when 39600 was implemented, but we need to either add the required CSS to _tables.scss or rework our implementation of DataTables CSS. Bug 9596 taught the longoverdue cron to limit by library, following the CircControl system preference. Elsewhere in circulation (due dates, fines, etc), when CircControl is set to "the item's library," then it is further modified by HomeOrHoldingBranch, which determines whether we mean "the item's home" or "the item's holding." Currently, if CircControl is set to "the item's library," it is *always* interpretted as the item's homebranch. This will not work for many libraries. But in boraccount.tt and pay.tt we use issue_id to pull checkout information related to the fee. We need to update those templates to use old_issue_id where it exists.
