[Bug 19762] New: PREDUE notices should be not applied when OverdueNoticeCalendar is activate
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 29 Sep '25

29 Sep '25

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=19762 Bug ID: 19762 Summary: PREDUE notices should be not applied when OverdueNoticeCalendar is activate Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Tools Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: patrick.robitaille(a)collecto.ca QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org Hi, It would be great if the OverdueNoticeCalendar systeme preference could be set for the PREDUE notices too. For exemple a student receive his predue notices for document on saturday, but the library is closed for the week end, this student should not had receive this notification on saturday because it cause misunderstanding. It cause so many incomprehension for the user to receive this notifications when the library is closed. So, if the OverdueNoticeCalendar could take into consideration this notification too it would more understandable for students. Or, it could be an option. https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=7132 --- Comment #4 from Laura Escamilla <Laura.escamilla(a)bywatersolutions.com> --- Created attachment 187062 --> https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/attachment.cgi?id=187062&action=e… Bug 7132: Acq: Check for duplicates when ordering from empty record To test using a new empty record: 1. Ensure you have a vendor and a new basket available for ordering. Click on “+Add to basket” and select “From a new (empty) record” 2. Choose an existing record to test with for example “CSS : the definitive guide” (http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/catalogue/detail.pl?biblionumber=12&sear…) 3. Copy over the main details from the existing record in order to fill out the required details of the new order. I.e Title, and Koha item type. Click add item and then select a fund. It’s not necessary to fill anything else out. 4. Click save and notice that the duplicate record is not found. 5. Apply the patch and restart_all. Clear cache in your browser if necessary. 6. Repeat steps 2 - 4. This time a duplicate warning will appear. Ensure that all options of the duplicate warning work as expected. 7. Sign off and have a great day! -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. You are the QA Contact for the bug.

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=15248 Andrew Fuerste-Henry <andrew(a)bywatersolutions.com> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|Needs Signoff |Failed QA --- Comment #10 from Andrew Fuerste-Henry <andrew(a)bywatersolutions.com> --- Koha dies when I try to edit any framework. Editing tags and subfields is fine, but I cannot edit the framework itself. I get: "DBIx::Class::Schema::source(): Can't find source for BiblioFrameworkMarcMatcher at /kohadevbox/koha/Koha/Objects.pm line 530 at /usr/share/perl5/DBIx/Class/Exception.pm line 77" I applied this patch, ran updatedatabase, ran yarn build, then restart_all. Am I missing some step? I tried manually inserting values into the new biblio_framework_marc_matcher table from the db and then editing a framework where that table had an entry for that framework code, but still got the same error. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

Hopefully this is similar to what you had in mind. Testing now! Your test plan suggests this will work for our partner. I like the additional framework option to entirely block bib creation on a detected duplicate! -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 34250] New: Sort debit types alphabetically by description and add empty option when adding manual fee
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 29 Sep '25

29 Sep '25

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=34250 Bug ID: 34250 Summary: Sort debit types alphabetically by description and add empty option when adding manual fee Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Fines and fees Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: katrin.fischer(a)bsz-bw.de QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org At the moment when you add a manual fee to a patron account the sorting is off, maybe sorting the system internal ones separately from additional debit types? There is also no empty entry, so the first is always selected automatically. It would be nice if we could select a 'default' that is pre-selected, but to avoid errors, and empty entry and making the field requires would be good. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
