If we could just have an invoice arrive for a specific shipment, import it, and then go through to check off each item that is received in the shipment, that would be better. Right now, we have the setting to not import automatically to avoid status changes to newly acquired before we even get the items; now, we manually import. However, even doing this presents a problem as once received, the price cannot be changed without un-receiving a title if needed and location information is not visible (when ordering multiple copies of a title for multiple branches). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. I have attached a word document with the enhancement description. The basics are that the check boxes on the receive screen are used to indicate items that are ready to be received (as currently is done) and the button at the bottom of the the pending items will actually receive the items without going to the receive details screen. Connect to staff interface 2. Go to Serials and create a new subscription 3. Click on Serial collection in the left menu (and note the Subscription numnber) 4. Select a serial to edit and Click on «Edit serials» 5. In the Serial edition form, delete «Published on > and « Expected on » dates and save ----> Error 500 page is displayed 6.
