In the OPAC, the name is BibTeX (notice the capital X). In the staff interface these should be named the same as the OPAC - BibTeX (see https://www.bibtex.org/) To reproduce: 1. Log in to the staff interface and search for a term that returns results. 2. Add some records from the results to the cart (select records, click 'Add to cart'). 3. Add some records from the results to a new public list (select records, Add to list > New list > Name list > make it a public list > Save). 4. Note the download options for the cart and the spelling: Cart > Download > BibTex. 5. Note the download options for lists and the spelling: Lists > Public lists > select the list > Download list > BibTex 6. Go to the OPAC and search for a term that returns results. 7. Add some records from the results to the cart (select records, click 'Add to cart'). 8. Note the download options for the cart and the spelling (with a capital X): Cart > Download > BibTeX. 9. (This has a number of issues when migrating patrons with non-Koha tools, but I'll put a pin in that for now.) Because people got confused why only "First name:" was appearing, bug 39587 added the "Surname:" as well (one day, I hope we can change this to "Last name:" which is more optimal for UX but oh well). At this point, we should add "Preferred name:" (if it differs from First name - see https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=28633#c144) and "Middle name:". The tab is shown (because the borrowernumber 51 (koha) for example has manage_patron_lists permission), but the dynamically loaded content from patron-lists-tab.tt contains no HTML, both [% IF in_lists %] and [% IF available_lists && CAN_user_tools_manage_patron_lists %] evaluate to false. Other tabs follow the convention of showing an empty state message (e.g. "Patron has nothing on hold." for holds, "Patron has nothing booked." for bookings). The patron lists tab should do the same, with a message like "No patron lists. No idea what happened but I think the "$lang" variable in the controller might conflict with... a global $lang?
