[Bug 42511] New: OPAC virtual barcodes - adding to wallets
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 04 May '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=42511 Bug ID: 42511 Summary: OPAC virtual barcodes - adding to wallets Initiative type: --- Sponsorship --- status: Product: Koha Version: 25.11 Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: OPAC Assignee: oleonard(a)myacpl.org Reporter: catherine.micklethwaite(a)nhs.net QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org We are liking the new option to have a virtual barcode on the OPAC, but this functionality would be so much more effective if there was an easy way for the end user to add this to their wallets. We have created instructions on how to add this to a Google Wallet (relatively simple, but still requires effort from the user) and how to add it to Apple Wallet (much more difficult, and requires downloading an external third party app). We would love to see buttons added under the library card section on the OPAC simple buttons to add to Google Wallet and add to Apple Wallet, without requiring any other effort from the end user. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 41000] New: XSLT 041d is labelled as "spoken language", but should also incldue "sung language"

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=41000 Bug ID: 41000 Summary: XSLT 041d is labelled as "spoken language", but should also incldue "sung language" Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: MARC Bibliographic data support Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: lari.taskula(a)hypernova.fi QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org 041$d is currently labelled as "Spoken language" in our XSLT templates. It would be helpful to display the field as "Sung or spoken language" instead. We have musical libraries where most of the cases it is actually "sung language", so displaying only "spoken language" may be a bit misleading, especially in OPAC. https://www.loc.gov/marc/bibliographic/bd041.html -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. [Bug 22240] New: Add possibility to specify a category of patron in calendar
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 01 May '26

01 May '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=22240 Bug ID: 22240 Summary: Add possibility to specify a category of patron in calendar Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Tools Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: patrick.robitaille(a)collecto.ca QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org Target Milestone: --- Hi, Currently when we add a closing day in the calendar we can not specify a particular patron category. Which means, this day of closure affects all types of patrons of the library and at the same time the circulation rules. It would be nice if when we add a closing day, to have the possibility to specify a category of patrons that would be subject to this closing day. Like that, the rest of the patrons catgory are not concerned by this limitation. It could be an additional option in the page to choose the type of closing day where you would have access to the list of types of users in the library. Thanks, Patrick. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. You are the assignee for the bug.

[Bug 42515] New: Patron search card number match overrides library search limit
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 01 May '26

01 May '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=42515 Bug ID: 42515 Summary: Patron search card number match overrides library search limit Initiative type: --- Sponsorship --- status: Product: Koha Version: 25.11 Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: minor Priority: P5 - low Component: Patrons Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: holly(a)bywatersolutions.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: gmcharlt(a)gmail.com, kyle(a)bywatersolutions.com A patron quick search from the search toolbar opens a single patron record if the search term matches a patron cardnumber, even if a library limit is applied and that patron has a different home library than the library selected. I would expect to see a list of patrons at the selected library with the search term in any of the fields set in defaultpatronsearchfields. Search term: test Apply library limit from dropdown: library A Opens patron record for cardnumber: TEST, home library: library B Expected results: patrons at library A with test in standard search fields. Repeating the search using the patron advanced search does give a list of matching results at the selected library. This may be related to the issue in bug 33495. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. You are the assignee for the bug.
