It would be great if we could add system preferences so that the configuration can be done through Koha's staff interface. - Tab in system preferences for all ILL configurations - Make StaffRequestComments (hide/show) a sys pref - Make ReplyDate (hide/show) a sys pref - Make DigitalRecipient (borrower/branch) a sys pref - Make PartnerCode (text entry, with by default ILLLIBS entered) a sys pref Referenced Bugs: https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=7317 [Bug 7317] Add an Interlibrary Loan Module to Circulation and OPAC -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. [Bug 43015] New: Updated on date does not change if data entered is exactly the same.
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 07 Jul '26

07 Jul '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=43015 Bug ID: 43015 Summary: Updated on date does not change if data entered is exactly the same. Initiative type: --- Sponsorship --- status: Product: Koha Version: Main Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Patrons Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: cbrannon(a)cdalibrary.org QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: gmcharlt(a)gmail.com, kyle(a)bywatersolutions.com Target Milestone: --- Koha does not record a new timestamp for a patron record (Updated on) if the information is entered and saved exactly the same. Our library does not allow renewal of a patron unless the patron record has been edited within the last hour. Unfortunately we can't get an accurate read on this date because if nothing has changed on the patron account, it does not change the date. Patron records should update the time stamp simply upon saving the record. But it is checking to see if values actually changed, which is not traditional behavior. This is compounded by the fact that we have a borrower attribute for staff initials that we clear out when the patron record is opened in the editor, and the form will not save if it is not filled out. And if the last person to edit it is the same staff member that is editing it now, and the initials are entered exactly the same, it isn't registered as an update. Can the update timestamp be updated to change simply on saving the record rather than verifying changes in the record? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=41854 Bug ID: 41854 Summary: Could ILLRequestsTabs take authorized values from ILL_STATUS_ALIAS-settings into account? We added one of them to ILLRequestsTabs setting to have one tab called - name: On loan status: - CHECKEDOUT There should be some requests on tab "On loan", but instead there is all of them. Details for all requests Showing 1 to 61 of 61 entries ILLRequestsTabs setting only takes into account Koha's internal values such as Requested (REQ), New Request (GENREQ), Completed (COM), and Returned (RET). Could the ILLRequestsTabs setting be changed to take authorized values from ILL_STATUS_ALIAS-settings into account? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. [Bug 41872] New: Bookings to collect area to show Author in table (as well as other fields)

This is because we mainly use bookings for music sheet and often the titles will be generic titles but if we had the author, i.e. usually the composer, it will help staff to know which item this is. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
