[Bug 40697] New: Failures on batch record import because of fkconstraint should report in job report

[Bug 39099] New: Use select2 to select library limitations in item types, patron categories, and authorized values
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 22 Aug '25

22 Aug '25

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=39099 Bug ID: 39099 Summary: Use select2 to select library limitations in item types, patron categories, and authorized values Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Staff interface Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: jheltibridle(a)rcplib.org QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: gmcharlt(a)gmail.com When adding library limitations to item types, patron categories and authorized values, Koha should use the select2 format to allow multiple libraries to be selected without using the CTRL key. This would reduce the chance of mistakenly losing the previously selected libraries when updating. I think it would be the same sort of select as was used to improve the item search multi-select in bug 36545. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. [Bug 40694] New: "Actual cost" on receive displays in false format with CurrencyFormat != US

All input fields need to use a decimal dot or there will be an error on attempting to save the form. To test: * Set CurrencyFormat to FR * Add an order, set a price with some "cents" * Close basket * Receive shipment * Click on receive link - verify the input field has the , instead of the dot * Try to save without changing - verify error message At the moment, we need to make sure all input fields are using the . not , until we can make a global change. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. [Bug 40693] New: Bulk photo upload fails if file extension capitalization mismatch in IDLINK.txt
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 22 Aug '25

22 Aug '25

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=40693 Bug ID: 40693 Summary: Bulk photo upload fails if file extension capitalization mismatch in IDLINK.txt Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: Main Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P5 - low Component: Tools Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: lisette(a)bywatersolutions.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org If a file is saved with .JPG but IDLINK.txt has it listed as .jpg it gives the following error: ERROR: Image not imported because Koha was unable to open the image for reading. If you change either the file extension or the entry in IDLINK.txt it works, but the error isn't verbose. I think we should either add better error messaging, make it case insensitive, or put a note on the upload page (or a combination). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. [Bug 40686] New: Permission for "Bookable" on moredetail.pl different from updateitem.pl
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 22 Aug '25

22 Aug '25

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=40686 Bug ID: 40686 Summary: Permission for "Bookable" on moredetail.pl different from updateitem.pl Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: Main Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: minor Priority: P5 - low Component: Circulation Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: dcook(a)prosentient.com.au QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: gmcharlt(a)gmail.com, kyle(a)bywatersolutions.com This is a fairly minor bug. On ./koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/catalogue/moredetail.tt you need CAN_user_circulate to be able to update the "Bookable" property. However, on ./catalogue/updateitem.pl the permission that is required is circulate_remaining_permissions. CAN_user_circulate means that you have at least 1 circulate subpermission. So you can see the update form, but if you try to do it without circulate_remaining_permissions, it'll show you a login screen. Fortunately, this one is an easy fix. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. You are the assignee for the bug.

[Bug 40682] New: Koha::ILL::Request->status return inconsistent

I believe this is not correct and should be solved. [Bug 40688] New: Replace ./catalogue/updateitem.pl with API endpoint
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 22 Aug '25

22 Aug '25

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=40688 Bug ID: 40688 Summary: Replace ./catalogue/updateitem.pl with API endpoint Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: Main Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Architecture, internals, and plumbing Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: dcook(a)prosentient.com.au QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org ./catalogue/updateitem.pl is a bit of a nightmare especially in terms of user permissions. It could be useful to replace it with an API endpoint or endpoints. It's interesting to note that out of 7 ops, only 2 of them currently require a catalogue permission. The other 5 are all handled by circulate_remaining_permissions, which... is interesting. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. You are watching all bug changes.
