As far as I can tell, no record is uploaded. Between the time it took to put her in the computer at the Info desk and for her to walk to the Circ desk, she had magically checked out 3 DVDs...in Nelsonville! I called NPL just to see if those three movies had been recently checked out, but they denied any involvement. Re: General Weirdness and a N... -- Stephen 10-13-03 2:10 pm This is truly weird. I started to submit a bug report, but then couldn't figure out what the bug could be. From the files, I can see that all three DVD's were returned from her card one minute before she checked out two items in Athens. But it also looks like none of the DVD's where really checked out in Nelsonville until the next day (2 of them) and the day after (the last one). It's possible that the DVD's where only out one night and got put on the wrong card due to some sort of file-locking problem, but that doesn't seem too likely. Just strange! Re: General Weirdness and a N... -- Owen 10-18-03 4:17 pm Here's how it looks: I was adding a patron record at the same time that Roxanne was adding one in Coolville. My patron got added, and Roxanne's didn't. But her patron's books got put on my patron's record.
