It also applies to the view of ILL requests within a patron record (/cgi-bin/koha/members/ill-requests.pl). The update method accepts a hashref of key value pairs relating to fields to be udpated. Also, I found that IFLA has just recently published a consolidated and freely available manual/description of all the UNIMARC tags and values! (Although not yet endorsed by IFLA, and is licensed with a CC BY 4.0.) https://www.ifla.org/unimarc-updates/unimarc-bibliographic-format-manual-on… The 7XX tags start at page 642 of the PDF. And the values for $7XX$4 are in Appendix B, these start at page 739.
