However, all exports (MARC utf8, MARCXML) are performed using NFD normalization (cf. Unicode::Normalize : NFC & NFD). Some users expect records exported from Koha to be NFC-normalized. Koha already includes built-in functions that perform the necessary conversions. This seems to be independent whether holds can be placed on an item or not (positive or negative NOT_LOAN value).
