https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=20643 Bug ID: 20643 Summary: More info about CheckPrevCheckout needed Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Documentation Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: magnus(a)libriotech.no QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org https://koha-community.org/manual/17.11/en/html/02_administration.html?high… CheckPrevCheckout is described as a simple on/off setting. But reading the commit message shows there is more to it: - Per patron category pref allows libraries to create overrides per category, falling back on the global setting by default. - Per patron pref allows switching the functionality on at the level of patron. Fall-back to category settings by default. https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/attachment.cgi?id=53144 As far as I can tell, the per patron category and per patron prefs/settings appear based on what CheckPrevCheckout is set to. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=12365 --- Comment #43 from Michal Denar <black23(a)gmail.com> --- Created attachment 80957 --> https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/attachment.cgi?id=80957&action=ed… Bug 12365: (follow-up) Adding maxlength attribute and popover Test that you can't add a note of more than 100 characters. Test notes with rules, notes are hidden by 'View note' and the popover correctly displays note. View the note by hovering over the link I've moved the Note column so the popover displays nicely and doesn't cover the buttons. I've also changed the placement so that it doesn't cover information in the row. Update: Test that you can edit the note when clicking 'Edit' and that behaviour is the same for editing all other fields Signed-off-by: Michal Denar <black23(a)gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Michal Denar <black23(a)gmail.com> -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
