https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=21096 Bug ID: 21096 Summary: Garbled username on intranet login page. Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: 18.05 Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: new feature Priority: P5 - low Component: Patrons Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: ultron960x(a)gmail.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: gmcharlt(a)gmail.com, kyle.m.hall(a)gmail.com Created attachment 77149 --> https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/attachment.cgi?id=77149&action=ed… The attached picture of garbled username on koha intranet page. Hello, I recently found that one could create a new account(one that could access intranet page as well as opac page) with using Mandarin for username. Although username shown on opac page was fine, username shown somehow came into garbled as long as moving forward to other features or setting on intranet page. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. [Bug 10382] collection not returning to null when removed from course reserves
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 24 Sep '18

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=10382 --- Comment #54 from Alex Arnaud <alex.arnaud(a)biblibre.com> --- (In reply to Marcel de Rooy from comment #53) > Alex, > Thx for your prompt corrections. > If I add this as line 113 in your test: > $item->ccode(undef)->store; > the test still passes, which means that an original NULL is converted to > empty string after removing the course. So theoretically speaking, this is > not right. Practically maybe not. > Please clarify. Hello Marcel, If you put this at the line #113, this is just after the ccode test. So why would it change anything ? Also, $item->ccode(undef)->store; and $item->ccode('')->store; is different. Undef is not converted to null: $item->ccode(undef)->store; MariaDB [koha]> select ccode from items where itemnumber = xxxx; +-------+ | ccode | +-------+ | NULL | +-------+ 1 row in set (0.00 sec) $item->ccode('')->store; MariaDB [koha]> select ccode from items where itemnumber = xxxx; +-------+ | ccode | +-------+ | | +-------+ 1 row in set (0.00 sec) But i think it is transparent for us when using dbic methods. Returned values are the same. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 10060] Self Checkout module does not honour circ control
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 24 Sep '18

24 Sep '18

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=10060 --- Comment #10 from Oliver Behnke <oliver.behnke(a)aei.mpg.de> --- Hi Katrin, (In reply to Katrin Fischer from comment #9) > I haven't tested this. But you could have multiple patrons with the > self-check permission and log in with them at different locations, I think. I don't see how that should be done. The self-service account is a system-wide setting (AutoSelfCheckID / AutoSelfCheckPass). Also, how should the self-service webpage even distinguish the branch from which a patron opened it? Those patrons are, by definition, not logged in with their own accounts. Am I missing something? Thanks -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. If I add this as line 113 in your test: $item->ccode(undef)->store; the test still passes, which means that an original NULL is converted to empty string after removing the course. So theoretically speaking, this is not right. Practically maybe not. Please clarify. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

Error text: Can't call method "biblio" on an undefined value at /usr/share/koha/intranet/cgi-bin/circ/returns.pl line 606. To test: - checkout two items - checkin item1 - on a separate tab, delete item1 - on the original tab (which still shows item1 in the list of Checked-In Items), attempt to check in item2 - error appears item2 will have been successfully returned, despite the error, but no confirmation of this is given. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
