[Bug 14237] allow bibs to be added to course without items
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 25 Jan '18

25 Jan '18

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=14237 Amber Hunt <amber(a)marlboro.edu> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |amber(a)marlboro.edu --- Comment #3 from Amber Hunt <amber(a)marlboro.edu> --- This would be so helpful for our library as well. We have items records for many of electronic resources, but they do not have barcodes so I have to add a fake barcode to add them to course reserves. It be similar to the "Add to" option for Cart and List that is available through the detailed record. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. [Bug 14957] Write protecting MARC fields based on source of import
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 25 Jan '18

25 Jan '18

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=14957 --- Comment #60 from David Gustafsson <glasklas(a)gmail.com> --- Have discovered several serious issues with the current patch in this issue, so do not recommend that any one uses it or re-roll it against master. My personal view is that the current approach is based on some invalid assumptions (that positions of fields in marc is stable and carry significance for example). Have rewritten most of the core logic, and could perhaps submit it here when cleaned up. But for our needs (Gothenburg University Library) I'm not sure we want to get this in to Koha, but instead refactor and use as a plugin, but because of time-constraints I'm not sure will have time to submit the code for at least a couple of weeks. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 10662] Build OAI-PMH Harvesting Client
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 25 Jan '18

25 Jan '18

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=10662 --- Comment #150 from Blou <philippe.blouin(a)inlibro.com> --- We're interested in testing. In fact, we'd need this ASAP for one of our client. So David, if you're around, you'll get some testing starting.... as soon as we can apply it. We're getting a SHA1 on the first patch, whoever tries to apply it here. So maybe if you have no signoff it would be a good opportunity to rebase and squash a few patches. We stand ready, today or tomorrow. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
