It would be nice if this could be a system preference allowing them to select borrower fields to format in uppercase. We can accomplish the same task with patron restrictions (debarments). I would suggest we retire the patron account flags, and migrate any active flags to restrictions. Currently, each booking gets its own dot displayed in a vertical list. This won't scale well with large numbers of bookings.
