I would think that "The list of expected issues is displayed" should display if there are any late or missing serials to list ... The drop down should have the vendors you named in acquisitions - and in mine they show up - maybe because you don't have any claims your's aren't showing? Please Define One." does that refer to Notices? Currently the message "The list of expected issues is displayed" only appears if there are no letters defined. Is this correct? Or is that simply describing the output of  ? Is the drop-down list supposed to list vendors as defined in acquisitions?
