That column stores the original date of the loan, and shouldn't be NULL. I will change the new $issuedate parameter to $lastreneweddate and use it to set issues.lastreneweddate. Since that parameter is optional, if it is not supplied, issues.lastreneweddate will be set to the current date. This is owed to the fact that homebranch is sometimes empty on this install. But If homeBranchOrHoldingBranch is set to HoldingBranch, it should be OK.
