How could we do it? One idea: We have the actual cost field on the order forms. Perhaps when filling the actual cost field for an order, this title should be marked as received immediately. At the moment the process in acq is not different for serials and monographs. I think this could be improved, like having a possibility to order a serial without being forced to create an item for it. The enhancement request is still valid. Wherever you create your items (order/receive) there is no way to use the quantity field to determine how many item forms show up. (screenshot) To reproduce: 1) Create new bibliographic framework ACQ from FA or other framework 2) Edit your 952 and hide a lot of fields, like lost, damaged, restricted, barcode...
