C4::Accounts needs to be rewritten, anyway, and the addition of an accountlines primary key could resolve this in a more efficient manner. I'm going to mark this as Failed QA, but I recognize this is only my opinion on the matter. The template refers to OPACBaseURL, but it does not show up in the mail. This variable is not filled in the script; since it is used in a foreach block in the template, it should be added in that scope. Test this by sending a list from opac-shelves. But as of version 3.2 we don't have any way to manage how this information will be displayed once entered. For some extended attributes, it might be useful to have them display in circ/circulation.pl, in the Check Out tab, which is arguably the most important tab in this page, rather than at the end of the Details page.
