With SELECT *, only one of the two fields will be retrieved (mostly issues.renewals). There are other queries using JOIN between issues and items. Two solutions : - Not use SELECT * and define an alias for items.renewals, in each queries. - rename items.renewals in items.itemrenewals, in database model. If I'm saying that 'Joan Doe' has category 'staff' then it shouldn't be necessary to give him appropriate permissions. They should be filled according to category. It takes a 'referrer' parameter so it can easily be called from any page of Koha, and then redirect to it when it finish. Confirmation for cancellation is now done in this page (not in javascript).
