The tag is simply never approved, no matter how many times you click the approve or reject button, or check the box and click approve. Once reopened I cannot edit the contents of the basket, I can only move around baskets in the group and rename the group. Test with "manual nu" or something similar. Reason: highlight generates <span class="term">Ma<span class="term">nu</span>al</span> and unhighlight leaves only "Ma".
