The problem is that these options appear even if you have already received an item. I don't think we need to remove the edit option in this case (but maybe we should) but we certainly should remove the delete option. There is no warning there or block to stop you from doing this. If this is the intended behavior then we need a warning that says saving this will overwrite the original notice with this code - or we need a way to prevent creation of notices with the same code. With SELECT *, only one of the two fields will be retrieved (mostly issues.renewals). There are other queries using JOIN between issues and items. Two solutions : - Not use SELECT * and define an alias for items.renewals, in each queries. - rename items.renewals in items.itemrenewals, in database model.
