The template for pay.pl tries to use a ->{title} entry in the same way to help populate the "Description" field, but GetBorNotifyAcctRecord doesn't create that, so only accountlines.description (if present) shows up. This script check all bugs that "needs signoff", and, at the end, report a list of all those that don't apply. If you copy/paste this list into bugzilla search you can see all of them Note that the script is very verbose, but the list appear at the end of the process. Also note that I planned to automatically update patch status, but bugz don't handle "Patch doesn't apply" status and complain for it. Else, there are 3 zones from the subscription data where we can pick the same kind of information (serial collection ) : the histstartdate/histenddate one, the opac note along with public note/subscriptionnote) theeses ones that are seamingly in double. Ideally 2 system preferences, one for OPAC and one for staff. I have changed the http user-agent, and now it works OK.
