If NovelistSelectView indicates “above the Holdings table”, the content shall appear above the holdings table. If NovelistSelectView indicates “under Save Record”, the content shall appear below the Save Record div, on the right of the screen. They get a reminder that there is a HOLD and to send the item to Library B. That’s good. (Return 1) However, if Library C returns that item a second time the transfer Goes Away. That is good.
