In that case it is no longer used (code for reserve fee calculation being replaced). Note that this parameter was not supplied in the same form consistently thru Koha. When you click the link of any other notice past the 20th one - it does not open, it just pops you back to the top of the page. Smith, Bessie, 1894-1937. Smith, Sydney Goodsir, 1915-1975. Smith, Victoria. The problem appears be that the starts-with definition is being applied to each token within the heading rather than to the heading as complete field (A search for O hoping to retrieve O'Brian will return much more ) the correct return would be Smith, Bessie, 1894-1937.
