And you can't change this via the interface. The better way would be that Koha do check only in the good table depending on the system preference to allow the delete. The responses are all hard-coded at the moment, and it doesn't check the incoming requests besides a few verbs, but it's a start. I am not persuaded by it. I think this will get annoying quite fast when you are working with the acquisition module on a daily basis.
