Some libraries would prefer to manually cancel holds via the "Holds over" tab of the "Holds awaiting pickup" page but still be able to charge the cancellation fee. Test Plan: 1) Apply this patch 2) Set ExpireReservesMaxPickUpDelayCharge to some number 3) Go to the Holds awaiting pickup page 4) Go to the Holds over tab 5) Note the new checkbox for charging the fee 6) Test canceling a single hold with the checkbox checked 7) Note a fee is charged 8) Test canceling a single hold with the checkbox unchecked 9) Note a fee is not charged 10) Test canceling all holds with the checkbox checked 11) Note the patrons are charged fees 12) Test canceling all holds without the checkbox checked 13) Note the patrons are not charged fees Signed-off-by: Jason Burds <JBurds(a)dubuque.lib.ia.us> -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

It does so by adding a branch selection dropdown and using the already defined APIs for filtering by branch. It makes use of C4::Branches::onlymine for the IndependentBranches use case and it adds a way to call it from the Branches template plugin. To test: - Apply the patch 1) Have a superlibrarian user - Go to Tools > Batch patron deletion/anonymization => SUCCESS: Verify you can pick a branch (or all of them) - Try doing some operations => SUCCESS: Verify the selection is respected, and carried around all steps 2) Have a user with tools/delete_anonymize_patrons permissions - Set IndependentBranches on - Go to Tools > Batch patron deletion/anonymization => SUCCESS: It picks the librarian's branch and doesn't let us choose another one - Try doing some operations => SUCCESS: Verify the user's branch is respected, and carried around all steps - Sign off :-D Sponsored-by: VOKAL -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

I've just tested again using the sandbox at: http://sandbox1.ptfs-europe.co.uk/ with the MARC21 database. I'm using a DVD with an item type of "DVD Film" and a collection code of "Film media" - but it returns 'fee for Books', rather than 'fee for DVD Film' as I would expect: Black snake moan [dvd] 02/07/2016 39999000016611 Renew Fee for Books 1.00 (5 of 5 renewals remaining) I'm not sure what's causing the discrepancy; when you test with an item other than a book, does it return the correct item type?
