The print notices for holds are different -- there's a separate HOLD_PRINT notice file and the system uses it if there's no email address. Then a nightly cron job runs to gather those up from the message queue and put them in an HTML file in the notice directory, as above. The basic option displays all mandatory(default) data with an unselectable bullet-point and optional data with a selectable checkbox). Whilst the advanced setup mode displays all data values with a selectable checkbox. If you make a "Record matching rule" for authorities you can match one existing auth record with the batch imported.
