To test: 1) Set a rule for an item with the Item Level Holds set to Force. 2) Try to place a hold on an item governed by this rule in the OPAC. See that you can only place on an item specific hold. 3) Try to place a hold on an item governed by this rule in the staff client. The content of field 246 should not be displayed in the staff client and online catalog. To replicate: 1.) Make sure that Logging->BorrowersLog is set to 'Log' and that Opac preferences->Features->Opacpatrondetails is set to 'Allow.' 2.) Log in to the OPAC, go to the 'your personal details' tab, make changes, and click 'submit update request.' 3.) In staff clien, go to the pending patron modification, select approve, and click 'submit.' 4.) But acquisition home page is missing "suggestion management" link therefore staff is not able to view the same if he/she has made suggestions on users behalf. The requirement is it should always show the suggestions whether system preference allows or not allows the users to make suggestions via OPAC.
