Example: Author: Seemann, Christian --Bearb. --adp $a $e $4 It would be nice to not display $4 (relator code) if there is $e (relator term). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

The need for either email verification (not everyone has a registered email address) or staff approval is an unnecessary obstacle. Here is a request (and code) for automatic approval of detail changes. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 19660] New: Set borrower password on first login from self registration
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 03 Oct '23

03 Oct '23

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=19660 Bug ID: 19660 Summary: Set borrower password on first login from self registration Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: OPAC Assignee: oleonard(a)myacpl.org Reporter: liz(a)catalyst.net.nz QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org Currently when a borrower has confirmed their account, we show them their username and password after confirmation. I propose instead of doing this, we allow the user to set their own password after they have confirmed their account. We could use parts of the forgot-my-password code to do this, for example pre-populating the username/email bits of the form, and asking the user to fill in their new password twice. We really shouldn't be showing the password on the screen, ever. Let's not do that anymore. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

If a user id (staff id or patron id if renewal done online) is added to statistics table there is no need to create a log for transactions. Hope this will help remove duplicate data if implemented. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 20077] New: Patroncards are printed blank

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=20077 Bug ID: 20077 Summary: Patroncards are printed blank Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: 17.11 Hardware: All OS: Linux Status: NEW Severity: major Priority: P5 - low Component: Tools Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: martin.stastny(a)teamlibrary.cz QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org Hello, we're experiencing problems with printing patroncards from Koha. The final result depends on used browser, for instance in opera I'm able to download blank pdf, however, in firefox I end up with "Not found. The document has moved here." error(under "here" link is nothing->nothing happens). We use self-build Koha with several changes from upstream, but we haven't edited this fuction. The logged errors are as following: manage.pl: CGI::param called in list context from package Template::Document line 57, this can lead to vulnerabilities. See the warning in "Fetching the value or values of a single named parameter" at /usr/share/perl5/CGI.pm line 436. create-pdf.pl: Use of uninitialized value in substitution iterator at /usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Patroncards/Patroncard.pm line 233. create-pdf.pl: Use of uninitialized value $string_width in addition (+) at /usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Patroncards/Patroncard.pm line 256. [Bug 20059] New: Option to allow checkin of non-issued items without setting SIP-alert
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 01 Oct '23

01 Oct '23

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=20059 Bug ID: 20059 Summary: Option to allow checkin of non-issued items without setting SIP-alert Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: SIP2 Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: stefan.berndtsson(a)ub.gu.se QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: colin.campbell(a)ptfs-europe.com SIP-alert is set from the return value of the checkin call. This sets the message NotIssued when the book is already available, causing SIP-alert to be set. SIP-alert is also used in sorting during checkin, which conflicts with more obvious alerts. Patch provides an option to allow NotIssued to be SIP-checked-in without triggering the alert flag. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
