It would be nice if this system preference also connected to the staff client, so a purchase suggestion done on the patrons account by staff alerted the staff that the patron already had the maximum number of purchase suggestion allowed. At this time, even if a patron has maxed out the number of open purchase suggestions on the OPAC, a staff member can still enter more purchase suggestions for that patron through the staff client without knowledge of the maxopensuggestions being reached. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. Consequently, if one uses a non-standard port number for MySQL, koha-mysql cannot connect to the database even though Koha itself can. Teaching koha-mysql how to pass --port to the mysql command would fix it. This can be a lot of data, and take several seconds to load, and I doubt a lot of people will want the full list. So maybe we could have some sort of intermediate page with links to selections of request, based on their status, type etc. At it's simplest this could just be a page that displays the contents of a syspref, and that syspref could then be filled with HTML and links to filtered views of ILL requests. If the syspref is empty, the intermediate page could redirect to the full view, as it is today. While this gives an accurate indication of the current status of a request, it does not allow for any local variation in the displayed status, which can be limiting for the end user. This bug proposes adding the ability for the admin, via a syspref, to define a custom set of request statuses, which can be selected for display by the manager of an ILL request. These statuses work alongside the existing "workflow" status that an ILL request has and will, if selected, override *for display* the status of that request.
