This option can only be used together with --date, and --record-type=biblio. The rational behind this is that use case does not makes much sense (if you are doing a full export, why would you include deleted biblios) and thus some extra complexity can be avoided. Superficially related to https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=17693, not really quite different as this includes the whole biblio-record (with record status set to "d" in leader) in the regular export, not just biblio ids. When exporting, the PDF is not created, instead a yellow error message is shown: WARNING: Error while creating PDF file. Batch: 1 Layout: 22 Template: 26 Please have your system administrator check the error log for details. koha-plack-err does show a lot of those: CGI::param called in list context from package Template::Document line 20, this can lead to vulnerabilities. The description says: "New feature: provide granular means to configure warnings about items that have been issued to a particular borrower before, according to their checkout history." I assume "items" here is shorthand for "items connected to the same bibliographic record"? Just checking on the item level would not be all that useful, if there are more than one copy of e.g. a book. On the other hand, this does not work so well for periodicals/journals where individual issues are entered as separate items. If a patron borrows the last three issues of a journal, the second one will give a warning that the patron has previously borrowed this "title". This would instead use the buyer's purchase order number (segment RFF with a qualifier ON) instead so that this would be searchable. This should be optional as even when supplied many (most) sites do not have meaningful or distinctive data in the field (e.g. 'Books for branch X'). If we seek having not ephemeral URIs they should be completely different. Take a look to this article from 1998 of a guy called Tim Berners-Lee: "Cool URIs don't change" https://www.w3.org/Provider/Style/URI A normal Koha URI looks like this: https://catalog.bywatersolutions.com/cgi-bin/koha/opac-detail.pl?biblionumb… This URI is doomed to die in the short term, is not designed thinking in long-term. We have a lot of information about the tools and technical things used to put it there, like "cgi-bin", "koha" and "pl". Is not even consistent about using always en_US (american English): "/cgi-bin/koha/cataloguing/addbooks.pl" (cataloguing != cataloging). As the article say we shouldn't forget about domain name. We could encourage the use of more permanent words like "catalog" for the host part of the FQDN.
