It tests each subfield with a complex conditional prefix. In OPAC default UNIMARC XSLT display 210 is simply displayed with a loop on all subfields. Uninstalling should clean up/delete the plugins data, which is not always what you will want while waiting for a broken plugin to be fixed or updated. It would also allow us to disable plugins failing the version check suggested in bug 21557.
