We should implement a whitelist/blacklist approach for plugin hooks such that the end-user is warned about such possible issue upon plugin installation. It enabled all layouts (and languages) currently available in the upstream project by default. This leads to a large list to select from where many will likely never be required by the end users. The currency dropdown will list all currencies on the system that have an exchange rate specified. When a currency is selected a conversion will be made from the selected currency to the currency marked as active at the exchange rate specified at the point of receipt.
