This causes problems with cataloging as it will cause that location to permanently be assigned to that item or duplicated items. The interface will remain unaltered at this point. 3) Update the rules editor interface to allow more flexibility in the way rules are set, solve the issue of the "ever widening" rules table 4) Unleash the full power of the Koha's circulation rules by "decoupling" the rule sets. At the moment, a full set of rules is tied to each branch/borrower/item combo. Even if all the rules except a single column are the same, a full set is currently created for each combination. Both the in-app + online doc [1] mention that: «patrons with outstanding fines or items checked out not saved» (the rest of the doc confirms that we are talking about removal) → wrong, see [2][3] «The anonymization will fail quietly if AnonymousPatron preference does not contain a valid value.» → wrong, according to the UI itself «The AnonymousPatron system preference is not defined. You can use this feature anyway but NULL will be used to update the checkout history.» Are these two findings correct?
