There is a ModBiblio in svc/bib, there should absolutely be a context module for that, would be easy to add. But I don't know what API MarcEdit is using. There is a swagger-api that I'm totally unfamiliar with, but from what I can gather from there definitions there don't seem to be any support for updating biblios, but it's pretty impenetrable to me as now nothing about swagger and/or that part of Koha. I believe the MarcEdit integration relies on an API, so I'm thinking probably not?
