[Bug 22535] New: Use Link Shortcuts when creating reports
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 14 Jan '22

14 Jan '22

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=22535 Bug ID: 22535 Summary: Use Link Shortcuts when creating reports Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Reports Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: joy(a)bywatersolutions.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org Target Milestone: --- The syntax to create links in SQL reports is cumbersome. The below link, as example, often gets typos and then fails to work when run. CONCAT('<a href=\"/cgi-bin/koha/cataloguing/addbiblio.pl?' , 'biblionumber=' , biblionumber , '\">' , biblionumber , '</a>'), AS 'biblionumber', Koha needs a way to allow the user to enter a 'shorthand' or alias in the sql query that is then replaced by the URL. For example: SELECT biblionumber|link_detail from biblio would resolve to SELECT CONCAT('<a href=\"/cgi-bin/koha/cataloguing/addbiblio.pl?' , 'biblionumber=' , biblionumber , '\">' , biblionumber , '</a>'), AS 'biblionumber' from biblio List of current links documented on the wiki that could use aliases: https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/SQL_Reports_Library#Links -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. [Bug 8179] Receiving multiple order lines at once
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 14 Jan '22

14 Jan '22

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=8179 Andrew Fuerste-Henry <andrew(a)bywatersolutions.com> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|Needs Signoff |Failed QA --- Comment #78 from Andrew Fuerste-Henry <andrew(a)bywatersolutions.com> --- Initial notes (more to follow): - Items WERE NOT created when receiving orders in a basket set to Create Items On Receiving for orders created either on an existing bib or a new bib (not tied to a subscription or purchase suggestion). - For orders tied to a purchase suggestion, the purchase suggestion link displays as "(suggestion #undefined)" and the link doesn't work (points to /cgi-bin/koha/suggestion/suggestion.pl?suggestionid=undefined&op=show) - on /acqui/orderreceive.pl?multiple_orders, the list of all selected order numbers is ugly. it shows like "[Vendor] [basket] (order #27667,27673)." With a lot of orders, it's not nice to look at. Do we need to list them all? Could we at least add spaces so it breaks across lines? - when increasing the quantity received for an order from a basket set to create items when cataloging, we got this warning: "Order 27690: Warning, you have entered more items than expected. Items will not be created." This is technically true, but seems unneeded. We didn't ever expect this order to make items. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=22157 Bug ID: 22157 Summary: HideLostItems items still show in OPAC when patron places a hold on a specific item Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: 18.05 Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P5 - low Component: OPAC Assignee: oleonard(a)myacpl.org Reporter: kelly(a)bywatersolutions.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org Target Milestone: --- If a library has the system preference set to HIDE lost items, the item will still show up in the holds screen when a patron places a hold on a specific item These items should not appear within the OPAC as they should be hidden per this system preference. This bug is similar to 15448 where the system preference OPAChiddenItems is performing the same way. This might have some correlation with bug 2711. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 22153] New: Automatic item modifications by age: Boolean options
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 14 Jan '22

14 Jan '22

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=22153 Bug ID: 22153 Summary: Automatic item modifications by age: Boolean options Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Tools Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: chris.kirby(a)ilsleypubliclibrary.org QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org Target Milestone: --- Automatic item modifications by age is limited to boolean '='. There is NOT a boolean '!=' or even a boolean OR. Having boolean NOT EQUAL and OR would make "Automatic item modifications by age" much more useful. In consortium settings, this enhancement would allow branches to opt out of aging set for the rest of the consortium. For example, it would be possible to set a rule such as the following: For example, "Age in days x days items.itype = itypename AND items.homebranch != branch name items.itype = itypename" -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
