https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=27290 Bug ID: 27290 Summary: Cash register allows for 'amount tendered' less than amount being paid Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P5 - low Component: Fines and fees Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: nick(a)bywatersolutions.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org It seems amount tendered is only used to calculate change - if there is a value for the change then there is a confirmation. If there isn't then the transaction simply goes through To test: 1 - Enable 'useCashRegisters' and 'EnablePointofSale' 2 - Add a cash register 3 - Add a debit type that can be sold 4 - Go to point of sale and sell the item multiple times 5 - Enter 'Amount tendered' less than amount being paid 6 - Click confirm 7 - Transaction is processed as if full funds received 8 - Try with a negative number - goes through again -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. [Bug 24491] New: Add filters to debit types interface

It would be helpful to also be able to filter to only those flagged for manual invoice and only those flagged for purchase. If we had a filter for purchasable items, we could then make the link off of the point of sale page point to debit types with that filter enabled. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. [Bug 27780] New: Add ability to set a customised default sort order for sale items
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 27 Oct '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=27780 Bug ID: 27780 Summary: Add ability to set a customised default sort order for sale items Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Staff Client Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: martin.renvoize(a)ptfs-europe.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: gmcharlt(a)gmail.com The 'Items for purchase' table on the point of sale page can be sorted by code or description. However, it would be beneficial to have 'popular' items appear at the top to prevent the requirement for searching for these items. We have a few options: * We could attempt to calculate this popularity dynamically. * We could add a user-definable sort field in debit types. * We could add a 'popular' flag to the debit types and then sort on 'popular + code/description'. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
