https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=28344 Bug ID: 28344 Summary: One should be able to issue refunds against payments that have already been cashed up. Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Fines and fees Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: martin.renvoize(a)ptfs-europe.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org Looks like the refund action got lost when implementing the historic transactions component of the register transaction details page. That was a mistake, refunds should be able to take place on older transactions too. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. You are the assignee for the bug.

[Bug 24820] New: The cashup workflow should use the static 'date' field rather than the transient 'timestamp' field in accountlines
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 27 Oct '26

27 Oct '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=24820 Bug ID: 24820 Summary: The cashup workflow should use the static 'date' field rather than the transient 'timestamp' field in accountlines Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Fines and fees Assignee: martin.renvoize(a)ptfs-europe.com Reporter: martin.renvoize(a)ptfs-europe.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org The 'cashup' process introduced in bug 23355 assumes that once set, the timestamp of an accountline is fixed. This assumption is incorrect as the timestamp is a 'last updated' time and as such is transient. We should be using the 'date' field for comparisons instead as this field is a fixed 'created on' record. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 27290] New: Cash register allows for 'amount tendered' less than amount being paid

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=27290 Bug ID: 27290 Summary: Cash register allows for 'amount tendered' less than amount being paid Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P5 - low Component: Fines and fees Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: nick(a)bywatersolutions.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org It seems amount tendered is only used to calculate change - if there is a value for the change then there is a confirmation. If there isn't then the transaction simply goes through To test: 1 - Enable 'useCashRegisters' and 'EnablePointofSale' 2 - Add a cash register 3 - Add a debit type that can be sold 4 - Go to point of sale and sell the item multiple times 5 - Enter 'Amount tendered' less than amount being paid 6 - Click confirm 7 - Transaction is processed as if full funds received 8 - Try with a negative number - goes through again -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
