This may be due to small inconsistencies between the changes to kohastructure and the atomic update files, among other reasons (failing dbrevs, local changes, etc) Some changes only involve for instance the order of the database columns but others may be a bit more serious: NULL or NOT NULL, type of constraint (RESTRICT or CASCADE), etc. You can have an idea of the state of your database by running the dbix script in the misc folder [in a safe way :) ] and looking at git diff. Somehow these two sysprefs are not being enforced distinctly. To test: 1 - turn on OPACPatronDetails 2 - confirm PatronSelfModificationBorrowerUnwantedField is blank, all fields allowed 3 - set PatronSelfRegistrationBorrowerUnwantedField to hide Title 4 - log into the opac, go to self mod (/cgi-bin/koha/opac-memberentry.pl), set a title (it is not hidden, which is correct), and save your updates 5 - go to the patron modification page in the staff interface (/cgi-bin/koha/members/members-update.pl), confirm your modification request is there but shows no changes 6 - update PatronSelfRegistrationBorrowerUnwantedField to allow title 7 - repeat step 4 8 - your new modification request shows a change to title -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

To recreate: 1. Add a budget 1.1. Go to Administration > Budgets 1.2. Click 'New budget' 1.3. Fill in the form (make sure there are a couple of months between the start and end dates), e.g. - Start date: 01/01/2023 - End date: 12/31/2023 - Description: 2023 - Total amount: 10000 - Make budget active: check - Lock budget: leave unchecked 1.4. Click 'Save' 2. Add at least 2 funds to the budget 2.1. Click 'Actions' next to the budget and choose 'Add fund' 2.2. Fill out the form, e.g. - Fund code: PRINT - Fund name: Print material - Amount: 6000 2.3. Click 'Submit' 2.4. Click 'New' at the top of the page, and choose 'New fund for 2023' 2.5. Fill out the form for the second fund - Fund code: AV - Fund name: Audiovisual material - Amount: 4000 2.6. Click 'Submit' 3. View the planning page, e.g. Plan by months 3.1. Click 'Planning' at the top of the page and choose 'Plan by months' --> In the second row, the background of the text (?) is grey in a white row, including in the 'Fund remaining' column --> I also wondered if the text field could be a bit larger (wider). There seems to be a lot of padding and when there are a lot of columns, such as in a 12-months example, each column is already not very large. By introducing a syspref that allows setting a result limit this problem can be mitigated.
