For example, some schools put the authorized values for online items and they can't be available for a physical loan but are always available. Are we able to add in the authorized value for the "not for loan" status, something like "not for loan (authorized value)" ? In the same manner as it appears in a normal search in the catalog. To recreate: 1. Turn on 'EnableAdvancedCatalogingEditor' 2. Go to a record with enough MARC data that it should take up the entire width of your screen, 3. Unless I'm misunderstanding, I cannot reproduce this in the current master (22.12). If I uncheck 'Editor', the subfield is removed from both 'Add item' and 'Batch item modification'. I agree that there is no way currently to make a subfield appear in the 'Add item' form, but not in the 'Batch item modification' form. You can use SubfieldsToAllowForRestrictedBatchmod if really this subfield shouldn't be allowed to be batch modified. This probably should be the subject of another bug report, if there really is a need.
