The release notes are nicely polished now, but it would be great to have to record available within Koha itself to encourage librarians to read it and adopt new features. I believe the basic functionalities could be merged and I designed the Catalog Concerns data structure and api's with that in mind. We should start migrating the Checkout notes functionality into the Catalog concerns 'tickets' structure as the beginnings of a new 'Enquiries' module.
