I've only had the problem with field 245. I think it may be related to the fact that in the FA framework, it's in tab 0, but I'm not sure. To recreate: 1. Go to Administration > MARC bibliographic framework 2. Click Actions > MARC structure next to the Fast Add Framework 3. Click Actions > Edit subfields next to the 245 field 4. Change visibility of subfields as follows: - 6: uncheck Editor - 8: uncheck editor - a: (leave as is) - b: (leave as is) - c: (leave as is) - d: uncheck Editor - e: uncheck Editor - f: uncheck Editor - g: uncheck Editor - h: check Collapsed - k: uncheck Editor - n: check Collapsed - p: check Collapsed - s: uncheck Editor 5. Click Save changes 6. Go to Cataloging 7. Click the arrow next to New record and choose Fast Add Framework 8. This validation prevents putting several email addresses separated by commas in system preferences. In the manual, it says you can input several addresses separated by commas in NoticeBcc https://koha-community.org/manual/21.05/en/html/circulationpreferences.html… so it was a need (I also had a client ask me why he couldn't remove one of the three addresses he had in there and save). Can we adjust the validation? To test: 1) Go to Administration > Global system preferences 2) Search for NoticeBcc 3) Add multiple email addresses separated by commas 4) Click "Save all circulation preferences" Validation error: Please enter a valid email address. However the information about the MARC modification template used is not there. It would be useful sometimes to know if a template was used and which one. To recreate: 1. Create a MARC modification template 1.1. Go to Cataloging > MARC modification templates 1.2. Click 'New template' 1.3. Enter a name (e.g. Test) 1.4. Click 'Submit' 1.5. Click 'New action' 1.6. Enter values to create an action, e.g. (for MARC21) - Add new - field(s) 500 a - with value TEST 1.7. Click 'Add action' 2. Stage a MARC file 2.1. Go to Cataloging > Stage records for import 2.2. Choose a MARC file 2.3. Click 'Upload file' 2.4. In the Template section, choose the template created in 1. 2.5. Click 'Stage for import' 2.6. Click 'View batch' --> Note that the use of a template is mentioned nowhere in the page 2.7. Click the title of the record --> The modification should be there 3. Plus this is in a multi-branch system situation... I was expecting to see an error or a warning for holds with a combination of current location and pick-up location that is forbidden by transport cost matrix. To reproduce: 0) Make sure you have several branches in your system (at least 3, I'll call them A, B and C) 1) Go to Administration > Global system preferences and activate UseTransportCostMatrix 2) Go to Administration > Transport cost matrix 3) Click on the cell for the combination 'From A to B', uncheck 'Disable' and enter 0 4) Leave combination 'From A to C' disabled 5) In the catalog, search for an item which is currently at library A and currently available (you can use item search for this) 6) Place a hold for this item and change the pick-up location to library B 7) Run misc/cronjobs/holds/build_holds_queue.pl 8) Go to Circulation > Holds queue 9) Choose library A, item should be in the queue 10) In the catalog, search for an item which is currently at library A and currently available (you can use item search for this) 11) Place a hold for this item and change the pick-up location to library C (there is no warning, everything seems fine) 12) Run misc/cronjobs/holds/build_holds_queue.pl 13) Go to Circulation > Holds queue 14) Choose library A, 2nd item is not in the queue Am I missing something? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. Fill out the basket form 1.5. Click Save 2. Add to the bask from new file 2.1. Click Add to basket and choose From a new file 2.2. Choose the attached sample file (or other MARC file that has part names and part numbers) 2.3. Click Upload file 2.4. Click Stage for import 2.5. (Wait for the staging to finish) 2.6. Click Add staged files to basket --> In this table, there is the title, author, and ISBN (in MARC21, 245$a, 100$a and 020$a). The part number and part name are part of the title, they should come immediately after the title. Also, if there is more than one series statement with volume information, it shows like "series title 1 | series title 2 / volume 1 | volume 2". It looks really strange. I'm hoping this is a "me" problem, but I was able to recreate in KTD and in a ByWater sandbox... I attached a file of MARC21 records with information in 245$n, 245$p, 440$a, 440$v, 490$a, and 490$v. Sometimes both series at a time. To recreate: 1. Create a basket in Acquisitions 1.1. Go to Acquisitions 1.2. Search for a vendor 1.3. Click New > Basket 1.4. Fill out the basket form 1.5. Click Save 2. Add to the basket from new file 2.1. Click Add to basket and choose From a new file 2.2. Choose the attached sample file (or other MARC file that has part names and part numbers) 2.3. Click Save --> In the basket view, the record information is displayed as (for example) Notice test. / Collection 440; | Collection 490; / 440v. | 490v. 5, Perdue / by Girard-Audet, Catherine, - 9782896571390, Éditions Les Malins, 2012 Which is 245$a / 400$a | 490$a / 440$v | 490$v 245$n 245$p by 100$a - 020$a, 260$b 260$c or in db column names biblio.title / biblio.seriestitle / biblioitems.volume biblio.part_number biblio.part_name by biblio.author - biblioitems.isbn, biblioitems.publishercode, biblio.copyrightdate I think the series information should come after the part number and part name. And if possible group by series information if there is more than one (ie. series title 1 volume 1 | series title 2 volume 2). To recreate: 1. Add a custom suggestion status with a space in the authorized value (e.g. "En analyse") 1.1. Go to Adminsitration > Authorized values > SUGGEST_STATUS 1.2. Click Add new authorized value 1.3. Fill out the form - Authorized value: term with a space (e.g. "En analyse") - Description: description (e.g. "En analyse") 1.4. Click Save 2. Create two suggestions 2.1. Go to Acquisitions > Suggestions 2.2. Click New purchase suggestion 2.3. Fill out the form (with whatever) 2.4. Click Submit your suggestion 2.5. Redo steps 2.2 to 2.4 for the second suggestion 3. Change the status of one of the suggestion to the custom status 3.1. Check the box next to one of the suggestion 3.2. At the bottom of the page, under Mark selected as, choose the custom status 3.3. Click Submit 4. Try to access the custom status tab --> Nothing happens If you look at the URL it's trying to access it's "suggestion.pl#En analyse_panel" with the space instead of %20. I don't know if that's the blocking element, but it looks suspicious... Now, I know some of you are going to say "Just don't put spaces in the authorized value!" But even though I repeat it ALL the time and wrote it in RED in our FAQ, users are gonna use...
