https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=32059 Bug ID: 32059 Summary: How to run scripts found under https://perldoc.koha-community.org/ Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Documentation Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: mik(a)adminkuhn.ch QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org Documentation pages like https://perldoc.koha-community.org/misc/migration_tools/bulkmarcimport.html do not give the proper command to run the script. In the example section "Usage" says: $ export KOHA_CONF=/etc/koha.conf $ perl misc/migration_tools/bulkmarcimport.pl -d -commit 1000 -file /home/jmf/koha.mrc -n 3000 When using Debian package installation one way to actually run the program is: As user "root": # export KOHA_CONF=/etc/koha/sites/instancename/koha-conf.xml # export PERL5LIB=/usr/share/koha/lib # /usr/share/koha/bin/migration_tools/bulkmarcimport.pl -b -m marcxml -framework=frameworkname -file TITEL.marcxml -v 2 But it seems the following way is recommended: As user "koha": $ sudo koha-shell -c "/usr/share/koha/bin/migration_tools/bulkmarcimport.pl -b -m marcxml -framework=frameworkname -file TITEL.marcxml -v 2" instancename Better documentation how to run this kind of scripts would be useful. https://perldoc.koha-community.org/ shows many more such scripts. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. [Bug 33501] New: Cashup amount should be configurable

We have a check payment type that should also be included. Am I missing a configuration somewhere, or do we need some way to define what should be included in the summary and intake balance? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. For these cases it would be great if SQL reports could be used to make a list that then can be uploaded to the tool, similar to how we manage other batch operations. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. [Bug 30557] New: Add ability to create Item lists
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 05 Nov '26

05 Nov '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=30557 Bug ID: 30557 Summary: Add ability to create Item lists Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: 21.05 Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Lists Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: estherm(a)sodaspringsid.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: m.de.rooy(a)rijksmuseum.nl This is relevant for multi-branch installations. Lists currently appear to be primarily bibliographic lists. This creates a problem when sorting lists by call number. In this scenario there may be multiple items from different libraries using different call number schema attached to a single bibliographic record. The list cannot be sorted accurately by call number. It would be helpful if there was an option for an item based list. In this scenario items are added to a list for a specific branch. The call number sort will then sort correctly because the call number schema will be consistent for the branch. An item list would display the same information as a bibliographic list with the exception of additional branches which may also have the item. A typical use case would a library creating an item list, sort by call number, and then use that list to go to the shelf to pull the items in order. This is currently not possible in a multi-branch installation without a bit of work. It would require downloading the list and then cleaning up the list to be useful for this kind of work. It may be possible to create a report that will do this, but it would be a nice added functionality in the List tool. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. It would be fantastic to add the ERM module to Library Groups to allow a way to separate and identify between libraries. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 35288] New: ApplyFrameworkDefaults add plugin to add more fine grained defaults handling
