To recreate: 1. Checkout an item and check it back in. 2. Look at the old_issues tabe ( select itemnumber from old_issues; ) 3. See the itemnumber 4. Delete the item. 5. To reproduce: Part 1 - Delete a fund 1. Go to Acquisitions > Funds 2. Try to delete a fund --> Confirmation page shows fund name as '' and fund amount as 0.00 3. Click "Yes, delete this fund" --> The fund is still there Part 2 - Delete a currency 1. Go to Acquisitions > Currencies 2. Try to delete a currency --> Confirmation shows empty values for currency and rate 3. It's already a little awkward right now, that a serials librarian would needs an acquisitions permissions. It makes me wonder if we should move vendors into a separate area. Another idea might be to integrate them into the other modules.
