Example: Library system creates a library group with the local hold group feature enabled. This group has subgroups: Subgroup 1 -Library A -Library B Subgroup 2 -Library C -Library D In the the circulation and fine rules for the appropriate libraries, the default return policy is set to "Item floats by library group." With current functionality, an item owned by library A is returned at library D, and Koha considers this a valid float location. However, there is no link to a modification log when viewing an authority record. In order to look at an authority log, the user has to go to Tools > Logs, select authorities and then enter the object (authority record number). Not a big deal, but maybe not as convenient as accessing the log from the authority record where the record number is automatically entered into the object field. Then it would be useful to be able to edit the hold, add the note and save it, instead of the workflow now where we have to delete it, add it again and perhaps change the priority to make it as before.
